Marine Affairs Program, Dalhousie University

Kate Frost is a Master of Marine Management (MMM) candidate at Dalhousie University. Her graduate research focuses on emerging investment vehicles in blue finance and the development of the blue economy. More specifically, Kate is interested in assessing the risks that are associated with emerging investment vehicles in blue finance. Through her risk analysis, Kate hopes to contribute to ocean equity by highlighting the inequities that can arise in blue finance, and by presenting her results in an accessible way for decision makers in the blue economy space.
