Austin Sell received his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Management from the Evans School in 2022, after earning his Master of Public Administration and Bachelor’s in Political Science at the University of Oklahoma. His graduate work focused on applying statistical methods to public policy questions, particularly in the domain of education. Since joining Ocean Nexus in 2023, his work includes work on blue finance and classifying ocean-related policy tools.
